Fenn Wright recently sold our house for us. It was a very complicated and tricky sale with a difficult chain. Tracy who dealt with the sales progression was a star. I do not doubt for a second that any other agent would not have got it to completion. She is one of the primary reasons we went with Fenn Wright as she is just so dedicated and laser focused. Neil was brilliant with the valuation – unlike other agents he didn’t lie and tell me it was worth what I wanted to hear. The figure he put on it was exactly what it sold for and he wasn’t afraid to have frank conversations about price. Claudia who dealt with a lot of the enquiries was amazing – she is a real asset and really knows her stuff and we were very impressed with her throughout the sale. They also were very understanding when it came to us getting stressed during the progress and I just can’t thank them all enough !
