We have recently purchased a house through Fenn wright in Chelmsford.  From start to finish they were all refreshingly helpful, professional and worked hard to find us the property that we were looking for.  Once we had found a property we were handed over to another team who made sure that the sale went smoothly. Hannah Potter from this team was amazing. She contacted our solicitor regularly and kept us in the loop via email and phone. The sale went through very quickly and I have no hesitation in saying it was because of the hard work and knowledge of all the team, especially Hannah. Thanks guys.

Having recently lost both my parents, I was faced with the daunting prospect of having to sell the family home. It was a difficult time for me and my brother, but the help, advice and guidance given to us by Fenn Wright was second to none and made everything so much easier for us.  We predominantly dealt with Steven Geiss, who spent a lot of time with us answering all kinds of questions and concerns we had about the selling process, and his positivity to us made us feel at ease. The photos and details he put together were fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. Shannon Lay helped with the sales progression and always sounded so happy and vibrant, even during more stressful times!  As a family I would like to thank Steven and Shannon for all they did for us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 

Excellent client service from Shannon Lay who actively chased things along for us until exchange of contracts and made sure to keep us updated at every stage. Good advice on value and also negotiation skills when it came to offer stage. Shannon is obviously well connected with local solicitors as she was able to get information out of the chain at every stage and was often better informed than my solicitor. I have no hesitation in recommending Shannon and the team at Fenn Wright.

Shannon at Fenn Wright was superb. We had a difficult chain and she went above and beyond chasing our part of it as well as others to get things moving. If only the other agents in our chain were as efficient! Would highly recommend.

Fenn Wright were absolutely brilliant throughout our house sale and purchase. We dealt with them for nearly a year due to sales and purchases falling through but throughout that time they were always on hand to answer any questions and got us viewings extremely quickly both for our sale and for any properties they had come on the market, as a result we managed to buy a property through them which made the process easier. Fenn Wright always answered our calls and emails quickly and chased buyers and sellers on our behalf. Laura was particularly excellent in this regard as she was constantly chasing for us which sped the process along quicker, and she always provided us with updates when we asked for one and we were really appreciative of the work she put in to get the sale and purchase to go through. Adam was also brilliant from start to finish in getting our house up for sale and finding us a new property to move to, again he was always really responsive and helpful when we asked any questions or wanted to make arrangements to view properties or the property we eventually purchased. James was also excellent in arranging appointments and conducting viewings, and Clarke was too who was always available to show us round properties and allow us access to the property we bought. Would definitely use Fenn Wright in the future.
