I purchased a retirement apartment through Fenn Wright. Through all stages of the process, first viewing to completion, everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful but more importantly to me, friendly at the same time.  Once my offer had been accepted I was kept up to date by a sales progressor. Even at times when no actual progress had been made they still phoned to explain why.
Any questions I asked were quickly answered. Thank you for helping me through the process.

The service I have received from Fenn Wright has been absolutely brilliant. From the start, they have been really supportive and the communication has been fantastic. They made the process so much easier despite all the hurdles that came up with buying and selling. I haven’t had a single issue with any member of staff that has been involved with my sale. Kirsty called me every single week and gave me an update. Sometimes she was the only one who would actually update me with what was going on due to solicitors not being overly great with communication. Towards the end when we were waiting to exchange, she worked really hard trying to push everything through for me and kept in contact every step of the way. She was great. I highly recommend Fenn Wright if you are thinking of selling your property. They provided a fantastic service and I will definitely be selling with them again in the future.
