Brand New Year, Brand New Home – Incentives available!

04 Jan 24

If you are looking to purchase your dream new home in 2024, we have been working with our developers to offer a great selection of incentives to those looking to make a reservation before January 31st 2024*.  As well as a selection of properties that are move-in ready, some of our developers are also offering help in the way of a deposit boost, mortgage assistance, moving costs, Stamp Duty, part-exchange and a discount for NHS staff and those in the Armed Forces.

Deposit Boost

A deposit boost essentially tops up the deposit you have already raised, opening up more options in terms of the home you can afford.

Mortgage Assistance

Whether you are a first time buyer or moving house, some developers are offering to help ease the pressure by contributing to your mortgage payments for a set period of time.

Moving Costs

Removals costs can vary dependent on the size of the property and the distance you are moving from your current home, a selection of developers are offering assistance with moving costs up to £25,000.

Stamp Duty

You pay Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) when buying a house or apartment over a certain price.  Some of our developers are offering help with Stamp Duty up to £27,750.

Part-Exchange

Part-exchanging a property is very similar to when you part-exchange an old car for a new one.  Instead of selling your property through an estate agent, the new-build developer buys your home directly from you, meaning you don’t have to wait to find a buyer on the open market.

NHS/Armed Forces Discount

As a token of appreciation for NHS workers and members of the Armed Forces, some developers are offering a discount to help you secure the home you deserve.

Move-in Ready

With no onward chain, buying a home that’s ready to move into can help to speed up the process.  Below are a selection of properties that are available for immediate occupation.

*Available for reservations by 31st January 2024. Incentives are subject to terms and conditions and the developer reserves the right to amend or remove at any time.
